アミノ基標(biāo)識用には、OSuとSulfo-OSu というものがありますが、 これはどのように違うのですか？

反応性に関してはほぼ同じです。
Sulfo-OSuタイプは、スルホン酸基がついているため水に対する溶解性が高く、高濃度での反応が出來ます。
DMSOなどの有機(jī)溶媒を系に入れたくない場合にも有効です。
その反面、吸濕しやすく、保存している時に加水分解しやすくなります。
