The Cryschem Plate is a 24 well sitting drop plate that is sealed with clear sealing tape. The polystyrene plate is supplied with a raised cover so the plate can also be sealed with vacuum grease and plain glass or plastic cover slides (22 mm diameter). The stackable, 24 well plates have distortion-free, flat bottom wells and a concave sitting drop post in the center of the well for concentric equilibration of the drop with the reagent. Each plate is individually sealed. The top of the plate and each of the 24 wells is a single, flat plane for smooth and easy seal application. Well spacing provides for a large seal area between wells to prevent cross contamination and evaporation.

Typical fill volume: 500 to 1,000 μl. Well capacity: 1.5 ml. Maximum drop volume on post: 40 μl. Recommended seal: HR3-511 Crystal Clear Sealing Tape (1.88 inch x 43.7 yard roll, with cutter) or HR4-511 Crystal Clear Sealing Tape (1.88 inch x 60 yard roll, without cutter).

Cryschem M Plate is microplate footprint with circular reagent reservoir. Cryschem M microplate approximate size: 128 mm x 86 mm x 14 mm. Approximate circular reservoir size: 15 mm wide x 9 mm deep. Typical reservoir volume: 500 μl. Well capacity: 1.1 ml. Maximum drop volume on post: 30 μl. Recommended seal: HR3-609 Crystal Clear Sealing Film (100 pack), HR4-521 ClearSeal Film (100 pack) or HR4-506 Crystal Clear Sealing Tape (3 inch x 55 yard roll, without cutter). HR4-508 Crystal Clear Sealing Tape (0.75 inch x 650 inch, with cutter) seals a single row at a time.
