WST-1と1-Methoxy PMSを持っているので、これを使用して細(xì)胞數(shù)測(cè)定に使用したい。調(diào)整法を教えて下さい。

試薬からの調(diào)整の手順は以下の通りです。
1.1-Methoxy PMSを7mg秤量し、10 mLの純水に溶解する。
—– 2 mmol/L の溶液となる。
2.WST-1を16.3 mg秤量し、4.5 mLの20 mmol/L HEPES(pH7.4)に溶解する。
3.1-Methoxy PMS水溶液0.5 mLを先のWST-1溶液に加え、全量 5 mLとする。
4.必要に応じ0.22 μmのメンブランフィルターで濾過滅菌する。＊それぞれの溶液は、冷蔵保存してください。
＊混合前であれば、溶液狀態(tài)で冷蔵で半年ほど使用できます。（①と②の狀態(tài)）
＊混合すると安定性が落ちますので、冷蔵保存しても3日程度しか使用できません（③の狀態(tài)）
