反式脂肪酸標準品
反式脂肪酸是在人造黃油、起酥油等氫化油的制造過程中經(jīng)氫化生成的。反式脂肪酸會增加血液里的壞膽固醇——LDL（低密度脂類）膽固醇，長期大量攝取的情況下，會造成動脈硬化等缺血性心臟疾病。為此，人們開始檢討是否需要硬性規(guī)定在食品包裝上標注反式脂肪酸的含量。
“標準油脂分析實驗法”里關(guān)于反式脂肪酸含量的檢測，暫時采用了毛細管氣相色譜法。
為此我們提供能確定反式脂肪酸檢測位置的甲基α-亞麻酸，亞油酸甲基的反式異構(gòu)體。
