◆原理
此款試劑盒用于細胞內(nèi) DNA 提取，操作極為簡便，提取的 DNA 可直接用于下游PCR 操作，無需純化步驟，僅需 9 分鐘。CellEase? II 跟其他產(chǎn)品相比無需洗脫，更可提高回收效率。方法簡單，只需將樣品與 CellEase A和B混合，并進行2步溫控孵育即可。
該試劑盒可從動物組織、微生物、植物細胞等樣品中制備 DNA。該試劑盒不僅用于常規(guī)實驗室，也可用在食品檢測方面。

【實驗步驟】
● 實驗前，請先準備 CellEase? 混合液，按 1：1：3 的比例混合溶液 A、B 和 ddH2O。
● 將樣品切成合適的大小，放入離心管中。
● 向管中加入 CellEase? 混合液。
● 72℃下孵育樣品 6 分鐘。
● 接著在 94℃條件下孵育樣品 3分鐘。
● 即可得到純化 DNA，取適量作為模板，進行 PCR實驗。
