原理： (glycerokinase)
(1) Glycerol + ATP → L-glycerol-3-phosphate + ADP

(pyruvate kinase)
(2) ADP + PEP → ATP + pyruvate

(L-lactate dehydrogenase)
(3) Pyruvate + NADH + H⁺ → L-lactic acid + NAD⁺
