APSC主要提供有機凝膠色譜標準品(Organic?GPC/SEC?Standards)和水性凝膠色譜標準品(Aqueous GPC/SEC?Standards)兩類產(chǎn)品。
GPC(Gel?Permeation?Chromatography),凝膠滲透色譜,又稱為尺寸排阻色譜(Size?Exclusion?Chromatography,簡稱SEC),它是基于體積排阻的分離機理,通過具有分子篩性質的固定相,用來分離相對分子質量較小的物質,并且還可以分析分子體積不同、具有相同化學性質的高分子化合物。
GPC是一種特殊的液相色譜,所用儀器與高效液相色譜儀類似,GPC的分離是利用體積排除機理,裝填的是多孔性凝膠或微粒,孔徑大小與待分離的聚合物分子相似,體積大的高分子化合物不能進入凝膠孔,最先從凝膠粒間流出,淋出體積(時間)最小,高聚物依分子量從大到小依次淋出。這樣,通過做已知分子量的高分子聚合物的標準曲線,就能分析同系未知待測高分子化合物了。
